1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 55ph2 online gaming platform, including the website located at https://55ph2.cam and all associated mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, you enter into a binding legal contract with 55ph2 Operations, Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine law with principal offices in Metro Manila, Philippines ("55ph2," "we," "us," "our").

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email and on-platform notification. Your use of the Platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an account on the 55ph2 Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. We conduct mandatory age verification using government-issued identification documents. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines and physically located within Philippine territory when accessing the Platform. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions outside the Philippines is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You may not register if you are under legal guardianship, have been declared legally incapacitated, or are otherwise restricted from entering contracts.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 55ph2, PAGCOR, or any other gaming operator. You must not appear on any Philippine or international gambling exclusion list.

2.2 Account Registration

To access gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if circumstances change.

Each person may maintain only one (1) account on the 55ph2 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. We employ advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

2.3 Identity Verification (Know Your Customer)

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 55ph2 is required by law to verify the identity of all players. Upon registration and periodically thereafter, we may request government-issued identification documents including but not limited to Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or postal ID. We may also require proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and selfie verification.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly for large withdrawals or suspicious activity. All verification documents will be securely stored in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Access Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify 55ph2 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account closure.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the 55ph2 Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of automated means to access the Platform or place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in fraudulent activity including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity theft
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds between accounts
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 55ph2 staff
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

Violation of any prohibited use provision may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities investigating illegal activity on our Platform.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds using approved payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), direct bank transfer to major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), over-the-counter services (7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless specifically denominated in cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed at the time of transaction. We do not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 55ph2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

You warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and are not derived from criminal activity. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in deposit refusal and account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. You may withdraw funds at any time subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method.

Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash/Maya (average 15 minutes), cryptocurrency (1-2 hours), bank transfer (2-4 hours). VIP tier members receive priority processing with sub-10-minute GCash withdrawals. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks for large withdrawals, which may extend processing times up to 24 hours.

All withdrawals are subject to wagering requirements if active bonuses or promotions have been claimed. You must complete required wagering before withdrawal requests will be processed. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

We reserve the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests (more than five per day) or unusually small withdrawal amounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals incur network transaction fees (gas fees) borne by the player.

4.3 Account Balance and Currency

Your account balance reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal. All transactions are conducted in PHP unless you specifically maintain a separate cryptocurrency balance. We do not pay interest on account balances. Funds in your 55ph2 account do not constitute deposits in a financial institution and are not insured by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC).

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

5.1 Bonus Terms

55ph2 may offer bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount depending on the promotion. Game contributions toward wagering vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, live dealer games 10-20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus play entirely.

Bonuses are personal to the recipient and may not be transferred to other accounts. Abuse of bonuses including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play across multiple accounts will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of all funds.

5.2 VIP and Loyalty Programs

The 55ph2 VIP program rewards loyal players with enhanced benefits including faster withdrawals, dedicated account managers, exclusive promotions, and cashback rewards. VIP tier status is determined by cumulative wagering volume and is subject to change based on activity levels. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the VIP program at any time.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 55ph2 Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are independently audited and published in the game information section.

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, technical issues may occasionally occur. In the event of a malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and refunded. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond refunding the affected bet amounts.

6.2 Bet Limits and Maximum Winnings

Bet limits vary by game type and your account status. We reserve the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual wins. Unless otherwise specified in specific game rules, maximum payout on any single bet is ₱1,000,000 PHP. Jackpot games have separate maximum payout rules as specified in the game information.

6.3 Voided or Canceled Bets

We reserve the right to void or cancel bets in the following circumstances: technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or outcomes, bets placed after the outcome was known, bets placed by prohibited persons, duplicate bets caused by technical issues, or bets that violate specific game rules. Voided bets are refunded to the account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.2 Self-Exclusion

During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from 55ph2.

Self-exclusion is irreversible during the specified period. We employ technical measures to prevent self-excluded players from creating new accounts, but you acknowledge that circumventing self-exclusion protections constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7.3 Support Resources

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 55ph2 Platform including software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and game content is owned by 55ph2, our licensors, or third-party game providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission. The "55ph2" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 55ph2 Operations, Inc. and may not be used without authorization.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, the 55ph2 Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 55ph2, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 55ph2, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through our internal complaints procedure. Submit complaints via email to [email protected]. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR's Adjudication and Complaints Department.

11.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved through internal processes or PAGCOR adjudication may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila.

12. Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance after verification. Accounts with zero balance for more than 180 consecutive days may be automatically closed.

12.2 Suspension and Termination by 55ph2

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the Platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, we may forfeit your account balance if the breach involves fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately cease. You must cease all use of the Platform and may not register a new account without our express written permission. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 55ph2 regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 55ph2.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time without notice, including to affiliated entities or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

13.5 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. Any translation provided for convenience purposes shall not supersede the English version in case of conflict.
